Nukeproof Snap Reviewed by Dirt Magazine

Dirt mountain bike magazine have just tested the Nukeproof Snap in their Hammered test section, and have praised the blend of performance and value offered by the 4X race frame.

Designed in conjunction with Team ChainReactionCycles.com/Nukeproof rider Lukas Mechura, and ridden by the Mechura brothers during this year’s World Cup season, the Snap is built to race straight from the box. Constructed from 7005 grade aluminium, the Snap uses a tube selection designed to combine light weight with front-end stiffness, enabling fast gate-exits and precision cornering under load.

Here are a few snippets from David Jaquin’s review: “I have done some racing on this frame, practiced I don’t know how many gates, and given it some flat pedal drifting through my local woods. Each time I pick this bike off the hook I know it’s going to be predictable.”

“It feels precise and if you have a bit of gas in your legs you will be duly rewarded with fast acceleration and evidently good cornering capability.”

“With such a good blend of performance, and such a reasonable price tag, it’s not surprising that there already seem to be a whole load of these frames at races, and I can only see that number growing.”
