Lapierre's team Francaise des Jeux Turn Up the Heat in Le Tour


STAGE 7 - Le Mans - Châteauroux 218 km

Two FDJ riders are in the breakaway: Mickaël Delage, once again, and Gianni Meersman. The race is won in a sprint to the finish. William Bonnet and Arnold Jeannesson finished respectively 5th and 12th. Rémi Pauriol, injured after a fall, left the competition. We wish him a speedy recovery!

STAGE 8 - Aigurande - Super-Besse Sancy 189 km

Best result of the stage for Arnold Jeannesson (29th), who also finished 3rd in the Youth classification for the stage. Anthony Roux takes 3 points (4th) in the King of the Mountains classification; Mickael Delage takes 1 point for 10th.


STAGE 9 - Issoire - Saint-Flour 208 km

Sandy Casar is in the thick of it; a 5 then 3 rider breakaway, and finishing 3rd just 13 seconds bacj on the winner Sandy also takes the full complement of points (20pts) in the Points classification for the stage. The 2nd French rider of the general classification is none other than Arnold Jeannesson who took 3rd spot on the stage in the Youth classification. The FDJ team is 3rd of the team classification for this stage.
