Designed in conjunction with European 4X Champ Lukas Mechura
Here’s a quick look at our prototype 4Cross stem, designed in conjunction with Team ChainReactionCycles.com/Nukeproof rider and European 4X Champion Lukas Mechura.
Working closely with Lukas in the development phase, we’ve created a stem that can cope with the rigours of 4X racing, and both Lukas and his brother Michael will be testing the prototypes during the opening rounds of this year’s World Cup and World Championship 4X races.
The 50mm-long 4Cross is built from 6061 aluminium, has a 31.8mm clamp size, and will fit a 1 1/8” fork steerer.
Stiff, durable and perfect for downhill too, the new Nukeproof 4Cross stem will be available around July 2011 in black, silver and Nukeproof yellow.
