Nukeproof and Suspension Center have joined forces to create a Swiss WC Team for the 2011 UCI World Cup DH race season.
Team SC Nukeproof will consist of two of the top Swiss riders, Miriam Ruchti, who is currently ranked 14th in the UCI World DH rankings and secured two wins in the 2010 IXS Cup series, and Roman Roschi, who finished 6th overall in the Swiss IXS Cup series in 2010. Both riders will be racing on the new Nukeproof Scalp downhill frame.
Team SC Nukeproof will be racing UCI DH World Cup events, European IXS Cups, and Swiss IXS Cups, starting in South Africa.
The team website is now live at www.scnukeproof.ch with videos and images of pre-season training, and will feature regular updates as the season progresses.
