May 18th 2008 and The Hotlines Team ascended on Newnham Park for the last in the series of MBUK Demo days. It coincided with the re-launched Newnham 90 so the crowds arrived in good numbers.
Lapierre star Nico Vouilloz together with Florian Robin, Export Manager and Amanda Bruck, Marketing Manager of Lapierre flew over to support the Hotlines Team.
The weather was great and by 10am the first Lapierre demo was slicing through the muddy terrain of Newnham Park and the smile of the rider was all too familiar.
Nico was interviewed, photographed and chatted the whole day to admiring mountain bikers. He signed autographs and also went for a group ride that was assembled by Bike Radar.
Overall a great buzz was created about Lapierre and the crowds flocked to see the bikes on show.
